Returns Overview (10 Days)
We offer a 10-day return window on most products purchased from Renewed.ae, starting from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 10 days of delivery
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- All original accessories, documentation, and packaging must be included
- Serial number/IMEI must be intact
- iCloud, Find My iPhone, Google, or Samsung account locks must be removed before returning
You may open and inspect the product to verify condition and functionality. Returns may be refused or receive a partial refund if the item is returned with missing parts, account locks, or damage beyond what was received.
Eligibility for Returns
Your product is eligible for return if:
- Purchased from Renewed.ae and requested within 10 days of delivery
- Returned in original condition (same as received)
- Includes all original packaging and accessories
- Serial number/IMEI is intact and matches the item
- Not damaged due to misuse, drops, liquid damage, or unauthorised repair
- Device is unlocked from personal accounts (iCloud / Google / Samsung)
Not Eligible for Return
Returns may be refused if:
- Requested after 10 days from delivery
- Missing accessories or packaging that were included
- Account locks are still enabled (iCloud / Google / Samsung)
- Physical or liquid damage due to misuse
- Tampered or removed serial number/IMEI
- Purchased from third-party sellers (if applicable)
Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements may be rejected or returned to the customer at their expense.

Return Authorization
We will confirm eligibility, provide a return authorization reference, and share return instructions (and a prepaid label if applicable). -
Prepare Your Product
Power off the device. Remove personal accounts and data (iCloud, Google, Samsung). Back up important information. Pack securely in original packaging with all accessories and documents. -
Ship Your Product
Ship the product as instructed. Keep your tracking number for reference until the return is resolved. -
Inspection & Approval
Inspection and verification typically takes 3–5 business days after we receive the item. We will confirm approval or rejection by email. -
Refund Issuance
If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Banks and payment providers may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the amount.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping is paid by the customer
- Wrong item, defective, or damaged in transit: Return shipping is covered by Renewed.ae after confirmation
If you ship using a method not approved by us, we may not be able to reimburse shipping costs.
Damaged in Transit / Wrong Item / Defective on Arrival
If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and videos of the issue and packaging
- Do not continue using the product (for damage claims)
We will arrange the appropriate solution — replacement, repair, or refund as applicable. These cases are typically handled faster after confirmation.
Refund Deductions (If Applicable)
Deductions may apply if the return does not match the original condition received:
