Returns Overview (10 Days)
We offer a 10-day return window on most products purchased from Renewed.ae, starting from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

All original accessories, documentation, and packaging must be included

Serial number/IMEI must be intact

iCloud/Find My iPhone / Google / Samsung account locks must be removed before returning
Note: You may open and inspect the product to verify condition and functionality. Returns may be refused or may receive a partial refund if the item is returned with missing parts, account locks, or damage beyond what was received.
Eligibility for Returns
Your product is eligible for return if:

Purchased from Renewed.ae and requested within 10 days of delivery

Returned in original condition (same as received)

Includes all original packaging and accessories

Serial number/IMEI is intact and matches the item

The product is not damaged due to misuse, drops, liquid damage, or unauthorized repair

Device is unlocked from personal accounts (iCloud/Google/Samsung)
Not Eligible for Return
Returns may be refused if:

Missing accessories/packaging that were included

Account locks are enabled (iCloud/Google/Samsung)

Physical or liquid damage due to misuse

Tampered or removed serial number/IMEI

Step 3: Prepare Your Product
Before shipping:

Remove personal accounts and data (iCloud/Google/Samsung)

Pack securely in the original packaging

Step 4: Ship Your Product
Ship the product as instructed. Please keep the tracking number for reference.
Step 5: Inspection & Approval
Once received:

Inspection and verification usually take 3–5 business days

We will confirm approval/rejection by email
Step 6: Refund Issuance
If approved:

Refund is issued to the original payment method

Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after inspection

Banks/payment providers may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the amount
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping depends on the reason:

Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Wrong item / defective / damaged in transit: Return shipping is covered by Renewed.ae (after confirmation).
If you ship using a method not approved by us, we may not be able to reimburse shipping costs.
Damaged in Transit / Wrong Item / Defective on Arrival
If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Report within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos/videos of the issue and packaging

Do not continue using the product (for damage claims)
We will arrange the appropriate solution (replacement, repair, or refund as applicable). These cases are typically handled faster after confirmation.
Refund Deductions (If Applicable)
Refund deductions may apply if the return does not match the original condition received, including:

Missing accessories/packaging: 10–20%

New cosmetic damage due to misuse: 15–30%

Functional issues due to misuse/unauthorized repair: 30–50%
The returned item will be assessed during inspection to determine any deductions.
Warranty vs Returns
Returns and warranty are different:

Returns (10 days): For eligible returns requested within 10 days of delivery
