Product Information & Pricing

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However:

• Specifications and availability are subject to change without notice
• Prices shown in AED include VAT unless otherwise stated

If a pricing error is found, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Product Condition

All devices sold by Renewed.ae are certified refurbished — professionally inspected, tested, and certified by our UAE-based technicians. Every device carries our single "Renewed" condition standard. The cosmetic condition and battery health of each device are described clearly in the individual product listing.

All devices are fully functional. Cosmetic imperfections (minor scratches, scuffs) are described clearly in individual product listings.

Renewed.ae is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Apple, Samsung, or any other brand manufacturer. All products are sold with Renewed.ae’s own 12-month warranty and support.

Orders & Payments

A) Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not confirm it is accepted by us. We may refuse or cancel orders at any time. You will receive email confirmation once your order is accepted.

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incorrect personal or shipping details

B) Payments

Payment must be made before dispatch. We accept:

• Credit / Debit cards
• Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later)
• Tamara (Buy Now, Pay Later)
• Cash on Delivery (where available)

Your bank or third-party payment processor handles all payment processing. We do not store full card details.

Delivery & Shipping

We deliver within the UAE. Delivery timelines may vary by location and carrier. For full details, please review our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss: Items become your responsibility once delivered to the address you provided. In case of delivery failure, please contact us immediately.

Returns & Refunds (10 Days)

We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility conditions.

Warranty

Where liability cannot be excluded under UAE law, our liability shall be limited to the amount of your last order.
