Every eligible device purchased from Renewed.ae includes a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions.
This warranty applies to refurbished devices across all condition grades (Renewed and Pre-Owned Original), unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
What Our Warranty Covers
Covered
- Manufacturing defects & workmanship issues
- Unexpected internal component failures
- Charging port not working (internal fault)
- Speaker and microphone faults
- Camera and flash failure
- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular faults
- Touchscreen and display malfunction (non-cracked)
- Sensor failures due to internal defect
- Battery swelling or safety-related faults
- OS failures preventing normal use
Not Covered
- Drops, impacts, cracked screens
- Bent frames or broken parts (accident)
- Water, liquid, and moisture damage
- Misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Extreme heat or cold exposure
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Rooting or jailbreaking
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, paint)
- Normal battery capacity reduction over time
- Normal wear to buttons, ports, coatings
What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
A) Accidental / Physical Damage
- Drops, impacts, cracked screens, bent frames or broken parts caused by accident
B) Liquid / Moisture Damage
- Water exposure, spills, condensation damage, or triggered liquid indicators
C) Misuse, Abuse, or Negligence
- Improper handling, intentional damage, extreme temperatures, use outside intended conditions
D) Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
- Repairs by non-authorized third parties, opening the device without approval, rooting or jailbreaking
E) Cosmetic Wear & Normal Wear and Tear
- Scratches, dents, paint wear, or appearance-only issues
- Normal battery capacity reduction over time
- Normal wear to buttons, ports, screen coating
Unauthorized repairs or opening the device may void warranty coverage entirely. Always contact us first.

Once received, we inspect for physical and liquid damage, verify eligibility, diagnose the issue, and repair or replace as appropriate.

Repair — component repair or replacement. Replacement — equivalent device, subject to availability. Refund — rare cases where repair or replacement is not possible.

Proof of Purchase & Device Verification

Warranty Transferability
Your warranty may be transferable to a future owner as long as valid proof of purchase is available and the device remains within the warranty period.

Warranty vs Returns (Important)
- Returns (10 days): 10-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility
- Warranty (12 months): Covers eligible defects and malfunctions from date of purchase

Every device is tested before sale. Testing and checks may include:

Common Warranty Questions
- What if I accidentally break my device?
- Accidental damage is not covered by the standard warranty. If you purchased an extended plan that includes accidental damage, terms may differ — contact us to check.
- Can I get warranty support after 12 months?
- Standard warranty ends after 12 months from purchase date. Extended warranty may be available if purchased at checkout or on request.
- Can I repair the device myself?
- Unauthorized repairs or opening the device may void warranty coverage. Please contact us first before any repair attempt.
- If the device is replaced, does the warranty restart?
- Warranty coverage remains within the original warranty period unless stated otherwise in writing by Renewed.ae.
