Every phone, laptop and tablet sold by Renewed.ae goes through the same rigorous refurbishment and quality-control process before it reaches you. Each device is put through a 50-point inspection, restored to reliable working condition, and assigned a clear condition grade — so you know exactly what you're buying. Here's how it works.

Our 5-Step Process

1. Sourcing & Intake

We acquire devices from trusted suppliers and log each unit by model, storage and IMEI or serial number. Every device is checked to confirm it is genuine, not blacklisted, and free of activation locks before it enters the workshop.

2. Full Diagnostic & 50-Point Inspection

Technicians run a complete hardware and software diagnostic covering the screen, battery, cameras, speakers, microphones, charging, buttons, sensors, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and cellular connectivity. Battery health is measured and recorded, and any component that fails our standard is repaired or replaced.

3. Repair & Restoration

Faulty parts are replaced and the device is thoroughly cleaned and restored. We use quality components and never misrepresent a repaired unit as untouched — anything we change is reflected in the device's condition grade.

4. Data Wipe & Software Reset

Every device is fully factory-reset and securely wiped, then loaded with clean, genuine software. No previous-owner data remains, and no accounts stay linked to the device.

5. Grading, Final QC & Packaging

Each unit gets a final quality check against our checklist, is assigned its condition grade, and is carefully packaged with the right accessories for dispatch — with free delivery across the UAE.

What the 50-Point Inspection Covers

Our inspection spans the full device: power and charging, battery health, display (touch response, brightness, dead pixels), front and rear cameras, all speakers and microphones, every physical button, Face ID / Touch ID and biometric sensors, gyroscope and proximity sensors, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and cellular connectivity, SIM and eSIM, ports, vibration, and overall cosmetic condition. A device only ships once it passes.

Our Condition Grades

Renewed — A fully refurbished device restored to look and perform like new, with all functions tested and working.

Pre-Owned Original (iPhones) — A verified, genuine, lightly-used original unit at a lower price, with the same functional testing.

Both grades are genuine manufacturer hardware — never replicas — and both are covered by our 12-month warranty.

Warranty, Returns & Support

Every device includes a 12-month hardware warranty and a 10-day return window. If something isn't right, our team is available on WhatsApp and by phone to help. We deliver free across the UAE, with Cash on Delivery and Buy-Now-Pay-Later via Tabby and Tamara available at checkout.
