We currently deliver across the UAE, including:

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Al Ain

2) Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your location, product availability, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

A) Standard Delivery (Free)

  • Delivery time: 0–1 business days

  • Cost: Free

  • Coverage: UAE (delivery time varies by emirate/area)

B) Express Delivery (Free)

  • Delivery time: Next business day (where available)

  • Cost: Free

  • Coverage: Select areas (availability shown at checkout)

  • Order cut-off: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (UAE time) (where available)

C) Same-Day Delivery (Eligible Areas)

  • Delivery time: Same-day (delivered on the same calendar day)

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout (where available)

  • Coverage: Eligible areas (availability shown at checkout)

  • Order cut-off: Orders placed before 10:00 AM (UAE time) (where available)


3) Shipping Costs

  • Standard delivery: Free

  • Express delivery: Free

  • Same-day delivery: Calculated at checkout (where available)

  • International shipping: Available upon request (fees calculated separately)

All applicable shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment.


4) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business day

  • You will receive an order confirmation after purchase

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods


5) Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking details are shared via email (and/or SMS/WhatsApp if provided)

  • Use the tracking link to monitor delivery status

  • If tracking does not update for an extended period, contact support


6) Delivery Requirements

To avoid delays, please ensure:

  • Complete address (building/villa number, street/area, city)

  • Correct phone number

  • Delivery notes if needed (gate access, parking instructions)

Delivery may require a signature, OTP, or confirmation depending on the courier.


7) Delivery Issues

A) Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share photos of the outer box and item

  • Keep the packaging until the case is resolved

We will review and arrange the appropriate solution.

B) Missing / Lost Package

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide your order number and delivery details

We will investigate with the courier and help resolve the issue.


8) Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., incorrect address, unreachable phone, no one available):

  • The courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule

  • After multiple failed attempts, the shipment may be returned to us

  • Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduling (depending on courier policies)


9) Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address:

  • Contact us immediately at admin@renewed.ae

  • Address changes are only possible before dispatch

  • If a change is possible after dispatch, extra courier charges may apply


10) Restricted / Undeliverable Locations

Delivery may be limited for:

  • Restricted access areas (e.g., military zones)

  • Remote locations without a clear addressing system

  • Areas considered unsafe by courier partners

If your location is restricted, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.


11) Holidays & Peak Seasons

Delivery may be delayed during public holidays, major sales, or peak seasons. We will do our best to keep you updated.


12) International Shipping (By Request)

International shipping may be available upon request:

  • Delivery times typically 5–7 days (varies by destination)

  • Customs duties/taxes may apply (customer responsibility)

  • Shipping fees depend on weight, destination, and insurance requirements

Return shipping depends on the reason for return:

  • Change-of-mind returns: return shipping is paid by the customer

  • Wrong/defective/damaged-in-transit items: return shipping is covered by Renewed.ae after confirmation
