Delivery Requirements

Delivery Issues

A) Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share photos of the outer box and the item
  • Keep all packaging until the case is fully resolved

B) Missing / Lost Package

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide your order number and delivery address details
  • We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful (incorrect address, unreachable phone, no one available):

  • The courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule
  • After multiple failed attempts, the shipment may be returned to us

Address Changes

  • Address changes are only possible before dispatch
