What's Covered: Functional defects under normal use — device not powering on, hardware faults, keyboard or trackpad failure, port failures affecting normal operation.
What's Not Covered: Accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, drops/cracks, unauthorized repairs, theft, loss, and normal wear & tear. Cosmetic marks that do not affect performance are not covered.
Battery & Consumables: Battery performance varies by usage. Batteries are covered only if they fail to function properly under warranty terms.
