Warranty Details
Warranty Duration:
12 months warranty included with your renewed device (terms apply).
What’s Covered:
Functional defects that occur under normal use (e.g., device not powering on, hardware faults affecting normal operation).
What’s Not Covered:
Accidental damage, liquid/water damage, misuse, drops/cracks, unauthorized repairs, theft, loss, and normal wear & tear. Cosmetic marks that do not affect performance are not covered.
Battery & Consumables:
Battery performance varies by usage and settings. Batteries and other consumable components are covered only if they fail to function properly under warranty terms.

If approved, we may repair, replace, or provide an appropriate solution based on inspection results and parts availability.
